Emergency Mutual/Disaster Aid IGA with Colorado Department of Corrections Buena Correctional Complex Adoption of Resolution No. 45, Series 2021 entitled “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, APPROVING AN INTERGOVERNMENT AGREEMENT FOR EMERGENCY MUTUAL/DISASTER AID BETWEEN THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA AND THE COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS BUENA VISTA CORRECTIONAL COMPLEX.” VI. Public Hearing – Should the Board of Trustees approve an application for a Retail Marijuana Store License for PCG One, LLC The Board will consider issuing a Retail Marijuana Store License to PCG One, LLC located at 318 Charles Steet, Sean Davis, owner. (Estimated time - 10 minutes) B. Source Water Protection IGA and Plan Update Adoption of Resolution No. 46, Series 2021, entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, APPROVING AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA AND CHAFFEE COUNTY CONCERNING THE SOURCE WATER PROTECTION PLAN AND APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO THE PLAN.”? The Board will consider approving the Intergovernmental Agreement between Chaffee County and the Town to identify and support the Town’s Source Water Protection Areas. (Estimated time – 10 minutes) C. Draft of the 2022 Fee Schedule The Board will review proposed changes to the Town of Buena Vista 2022 Fee Schedule. Sections of the Fee Schedule with suggested changes/deletions/edits include Special Events, Airport, Building, Planning & Zoning, Clerk, Public Safety: Court/Fire/Police, Rental of Community Center/Park/Sports Court/Field, and Water. (Estimated time – 5 minutes) D. PUBLIC HEARING – 2022 Town of Buena Vista Budget The Board will hold a hearing on the proposed 2022 Budget to discuss budget requests. (Estimated time – 10 minutes) E. Cancellation of the Board of Trustees Meeting Scheduled for December 21, 2021 The Board will discuss the cancellation of the meeting scheduled for December 21, 2021.
