Adoption of Resolution No. 47, Series 2021 entitled “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, REAPPOINTING MICHAL ROSENOER TO THE CHAFFEE COUNTY MULTIJURISDICTIONAL HOUSING AUTHORITY.” VI. PUBLIC COMMENT Citizen participation where the public can sign up prior to the start of the meeting in order to speak during public comment. Three minutes for matters not on the agenda or for agenda items not scheduled for Public Hearing. Discussion Regarding Extending the Emergency Declaration into 2022 and Structure for Board of Trustee Meetings The Board will discuss extending the Emergency Declaration and options for Trustee meetings to be held in person, virtually, or hybrid. (Estimated time – 10 minutes) B. Town Treasurer – 2021 Third Quarter Financial Report The Board will receive information on the 2021 3rd Quarter Financial Report. (Estimated time –10 minutes) C. Purchase and Sale Agreement for Property Located at 28362 County Road 317 The Board will consider approving the Purchase and Sale Agreement to purchase the property located at 28362 County Road 317. The property will be the site of the new Police Station. (Estimated time – 5 minutes) D. Public Hearing – 2022 Town of Buena Vista Budget The Board will hold a hearing on the proposed 2022 Budget to discuss budget requests. (Estimated time – 10 minutes) E. 2022 Holiday Schedule The Board will be considering adding Juneteenth and Cabrini to the 2022 Holiday Schedule. (Estimated time – 5 minutes) F. Adoption of Resolution No. 48, 2021, entitled “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, APPROVING THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT WITH FADING WEST HOMES, LLC FOR THE PROPERTY KNOW AS LOT C-13, COLORADO CENTER PUD AMENDED FINAL PLAT, FILING 1, AMENDMENT 1, BUEAN VISTA, COLORADO.”? The Board will consider extending the deadline to complete the Public Improvement Agreement for the Fading West Factory Project. (Estimated time – 5 minutes) IX. TRUSTEE/STAFF INTERACTION The Board discusses items with staff, and staff can bring up matters not on the agenda. X.
