Nomination of 410 E. Main Street to the National Register of Historic Places H. Adoption of Resolution No. 03, Series 2022 entitled “A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA WATER DEPARTMENT ENTERING INTO A MUTUAL AID AND ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT WITH COLORADO WATER/WASTEWATER RESPONSE NETWORK (COWARN).” VIII. PUBLIC COMMENT Citizen participation where the public can sign up prior to the start of the meeting in order to speak during public comment. Presentation on Mental Health from the Buena Vista Police Department and Sol Vista Police Chief Dean Morgan and Investigator Amber Lee will provide the Board with information related to mental health challenges and support. (Estimated time – 15 minutes) B. Carbonate Street Development The Board will receive an update from Staff regarding the Carbonate Street Development and determine the project's next steps. (Estimated time – 15 minutes) C. Stackhaus Annexation – 15750 County Road 306 The Board will receive an update from Staff regarding a petition for annexation from Stackhaus LLC, Alex Telthorst, owner, for the property location at 15750 County Road 306. (Estimated time – 10 minutes) D. Reschedule March 22, 2022 Board of Trustee Meeting to March 29, 2022 The Board will consider changing the March 22, 2022 Trustee meeting to March 29, 2022. (Estimated time – 5 minutes) XI. TRUSTEE/STAFF INTERACTION The Board discusses items with staff and staff can bring up matters not on the agenda. XII.
