PCG One LLC – Retail Marijuana Store License Should the Board of Trustees approve the adoption of Resolution No. 67, Series 2022, entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, APPROVING A SECOND SIX-MONTH EXTENSION OF THE CONDITIONAL APPROVAL OF THE RETAIL MARIJUANA STORE LICENSE FOR PCG ONE LLC.” The Board will consider approving an extension to complete the requirements outlined in Resolution No. 52, Series 2021, adopted December 14, 2021, and Resolution No. 29, Series 2022, adopted April 26, 2022. (Estimated Staff time – 5 minutes; discussion – 20 minutes) B. Unified Building Code (UDC) – Mechanical Equipment in Setbacks Should the Board of Trustees approve the adoption of Ordinance No. 27, Series 2022, entitled “AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA ADDING A NEW SUBSECTION 9 TO SECTION 16.02.2.8.2 OF CHAPTER 16 OF THE BUENA VISTA MUNICIPAL CODE CONCERNING MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT IN SETBACKS.” The Board will consider amending the UDC to include a section related to mechanical equipment in setbacks. (Estimated Staff time – 5 minutes; discussion – 10 minutes) C. 2023 Budget Presentation Town Treasurer Phillip Puckett will present the 2023 preliminary budget to the Board and set the dates for budget public hearings. (Estimated Staff time –25 minutes; discussion – 10 minutes) D. Chaffee Housing Authority Ballot Issue 6A Should the Board of Trustees approve the adoption of Resolution No. 68, Series 2022, entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO EXPRESSING ITS SUPPORT OF BALLOT ISSUE 6A, TO IMPROVE THE AVAILABILITY OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING IN CHAFFEE COUNTY.” The Board will consider adopting a resolution supporting Chaffee Housing Authority Ballot Issue 6A. (Estimated Staff time – 5 minutes; discussion – 10 minutes) IX. TRUSTEE INTERACTION The Board discusses items of interest for the community and staff. X.
