Adoption of Resolution No. 78, Series 2022, entitled “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, APPROVING A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT WITH WAYFARER DEVELOPMENT, LLC FOR THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS LOT 1 BLOCK 9 THE FARM MAJOR FILING 1 AMENDMENT NO 3, BUENA VISTA, COLORADO” VI. BUSINESS ITEMS A. Cancelled - Public Hearing Concerning Water Allocation and Water Dedication This priorly noticed hearing to consider changes to the Municipal Code regarding water dedication as well as a water allocation policy has been canceled in order to allow for additional time for public input. (Estimated Staff time – 3 minutes; discussion – 0 minutes) B. Public Hearing – 2023 Budget Hearing The Board will hold a hearing on the 2023 Proposed Budget to discuss budget requests. (Estimated Staff time – 10 minutes; discussion – 10 minutes) C. Should the Board of Trustees approve the adoption of Resolution No. 74, Series 2022, entitled “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, ADOPTING THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA 2023 FEE SCHEDULE.” The Board will consider the adoption of the proposed 2023 Fee Schedule. Should the Board of Trustees approve the adoption of Resolution No. 75, Series 2022, entitled “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, SUMMARIZING EXPENDITURES AND REVENUES FOR EACH FUND AND ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR BEGINNING ON JANUARY 1, 2023 AND ENDING ON THE LAST DAY OF DECEMBER 2023.” The Board will consider a resolution approving the revenues and expenditures for the 2023 Proposed Budget. (Estimated Staff time –3 minutes; discussion – 5 minutes) E. Should the Board of Trustees approve the adoption of Resolution No. 76, Series 2022, entitled “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, APPROPRIATING SUMS OF MONEY TO THE VARIOUS FUNDS AND SPENDING AGENCIES, IN THE AMOUNTS AND FOR THE PURPOSES AS SET FORTH BELOW, FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO FOR THE 2023 BUDGET YEAR.” This Agenda may be Amended Posted at Buena Vista Town Hall, Post Office and www.buenavistaco.gov on Friday, December 9, 2022  The Board will consider a resolution approving the appropriation of funds presented in the 2023 Budget (Estimated Staff time – 3 minutes; discussion –5 minutes) F. Should the Board of Trustees approve the adoption of Resolution No. 77, Series 2022, entitled “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, LEVYING GENERAL PROPERTY TAXES FOR THE YEAR 2022 TO HELP DEFRAY THE COST OF GOVERNMENT FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, FOR THE 2023 BUDGET YEAR.” The Board will consider a resolution approving the certification of property taxes to Chaffee County for the 2022 Proposed Budget. (Estimated Staff time – 3 minutes; discussion – 5 minutes) G. 2022 Budget Adjustment for Purchasing the Bray-Allen Water Right The Board will consider amending the 2022 Budget to purchase the Bray-Allen water right.
