C. Adoption of Resolution No. 22, Series 2023, entitled, “ A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, APPOINTING DOROTHY DISTEL AS A REGULAR VOTING MEMBER AND DIANA WEIR AS AN ALTERNATE VOTING MEMBER OF THE BEAUTIFICATION ADVISORY BOARD.” D. Amendment to the Public Improvements Agreement for The Farm Phase 2 Adoption of Resolution No. 23, Series 2023, entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, APPROVING THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT WITH WAYFARER DEVELOPMENT, LLC FOR PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE FARM SUBDIVISION FILING NO. 1, AMENDMENT NO. 3, BUENA VISTA, COLORADO.” E. Rezoning of the CO Center PUD To Light Industrial The Board will hold a public hearing to consider rezoning the CO Center PUD to Light Industrial I-1. The Board may choose to act on the following ordinance and resolution. (Estimated Staff time – 30 minutes; discussion – 30 minutes) Should the Board of Trustees approve the adoption of Ordinance No. 07, Series 2023, entitled, “AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS COLORADO CENTER PUD FROM PUD TO LIGHT INDUSTRIAL AND AMENDING THE TOWN’S OFFICIAL ZONING MAP.” “Should the Board of Trustees approve the adoption of Resolution No. 24, Series 2023 entitled, A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, APPROVING THE TERMINATION OF THE CO CENTER DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT.” IX. BUSINESS ITEMS This Agenda may be Amended Posted at Buena Vista Town Hall, Post Office and www.buenavistaco.gov on Friday, March 24, 2023 A. DOLA Energy Impact Assistance Fund Grant Application for the Comp Plan Should the Board of Trustees approve the adoption of Resolution No. 25, Series 2023, entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF A DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL AFFAIRS (DOLA) ENERGY IMPACT ASSISTANCE FUND (EIAF) TIER I GRANT FOR THE NEW COMPREHENSIVE PLAN.” The Board will consider Resolution No. 25, which would authorize staff to apply for Department of Local Affairs Energy Impact Assistance program grant funding for the Comprehensive Plan. (Estimated Staff time – 5 minutes; discussion – 5 minutes) B. Carbonate Street Development Phase 1 – Amendment to Property Conveyance Agreement Should the Board of Trustees approve the adoption of Ordinance No. 08, Series 2023, entitled, “AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA APPROVING THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE PROPERTY CONVEYANCE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN AND FADING WEST DEVELOPMENT.” The Board will consider adopting Ordinance No. 08, which will amend the Property Conveyance Agreement currently in place with Fading West for the property associated with the Carbonate Street Phase I development. (Estimated Staff time – 10 minutes; discussion – 10 minutes) C. Approve a Change in the Start Time for all Board of Trustee Meetings to 6:30 PM. The Trustees will consider approving changing the time all Board of Trustees meetings begin from 7:00 PM to 6:30 PM. (Estimated Staff time – 5 minutes; discussion – 5 minutes) X. TRUSTEE INTERACTION The Board discusses items of interest for the community and staff. XI.
