Chaffee County Community Foundation – Community Grants Awards Betsy Dittenber, Executive Director of the Chaffee County Community Foundation, will present the official recommendations for the Buena Vista Community Grants. (Estimated Staff time – 10 minutes; discussion – 5 minutes) B. Consider the Adoption of a Tobacco Ordinance Police Chief Dean Morgan, School Resource Officer Jake Englund, and Buena Vista School District Superintendent Lisa Yates will discuss adopting a tobacco ordinance. (Estimated Staff time – 15 minutes; discussion – 20 minutes) C. Orion Integration Services Sole Source for Information Technology Support and Security Solutions (Estimated Staff time – 10 minutes; discussion – 5 minutes) X. TRUSTEE INTERACTION The Board discusses items of interest for the community and staff. XI. EXECUTIVE SESSION “An executive session to hold a conference with the Town's attorney to receive legal advice on specific legal questions, pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b) concerning the Carbonate St. Project."
