G. Adoption of Resolution No. 31, Series 2023 entitled, "AN RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN RODEO GROUNDS PROPERTY FROM THE CHAFFEE COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND/OR TOWN ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO ACQUIRE THE SUBJECT PROPERTY." Possession of Tobacco Products by Persons Under 18 Years of Age Should the Board of Trustees approve the adoption of Ordinance No. 11, Series 2023, entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, ADDING A NEW SECTION 10‐258 TO THE BUENA VISTA MUNICIPAL CODE CONCERNING THE POSSESSION OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS BY PERSONS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE." The Board will consider adopting an ordinance related to the possession of tobacco products by persons under 18. (Estimated Staff time – 5 minutes; discussion – 5 minutes) B. Special Events in Public Spaces The Board will review a draft amendment to Chapter II, Article VII, Special Events in Public Spaces of the Municipal Code. (Estimated Staff time – 15 minutes; discussion – 15 minutes) C. Alpine West The Board will hear an update on the County development known as Alpine West and will consider giving direction on providing water service to the development.
