F. Adoption of Ordinance No. 13, Series 2023, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, AMENDING VARIOUS PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 11 OF THE BUENA VISTA MUNICIPAL CODE CONCERNING SPECIAL EVENTS IN PUBLIC PLACES." Public Hearing – The Crossings – Preliminary Plat and Rezone The Board will consider a motion to continue a public hearing on The Crossings Preliminary Plat and Rezone. (Estimated time – 5 minutes) B. Buena Vista Public Library Expansion Cecilia LaFrance, Executive Director of the Buena Vista Library, will provide the Board with an update on the expansion of the library. (Estimated Staff time – 20 minutes; discussion – 5 minutes) C. Town Administrator Hiring Process The Board will discuss and establish job search goals for the new Town Administrator. (Estimated time – 30 minutes) D. Town Administrator Residency Requirement The Board will consider amending the Buena Vista Municipal Code - Appointment of Town Administrator Section. 2-47(e) regarding the proximity of residency. (Estimated time – 10 minutes) E. Interim Town Administrator Plan The Board of Trustees will consider approving the Temporary Interim Town Administrator Employment Agreement with Town Treasurer Phillip Puckett.
