Consent to Hoffmann, Parker, Wilson & Carberry, P.C. representing the Chaffee County Housing Authority as its general legal counsel and the Town of Buena Vista as its Town Attorney. Trustee Appointment The Board will consider an appointment to fill the vacancy on the Board of Trustees. The Oath of Office will be given, and the Trustee will take their seat on the dais. (Estimated time – 15 minutes) B. 2022 Audit Report The Board will consider to accept or reject the 2022 Finanical Statement and Audit Reports. (Estimated time – 15 minutes) C. Update on New Police Station Budget Staff will provide an update on the new Police Station project, projected actual expenses compared to budget and recommendations on how the Town can utilize available funds for other priority projects (Estimated time – 20 minutes) D. Water Ordinance Presentation Staff will provide an update on the proposed Water Policy and Water Ordinance. (Estimated time – 40 minutes) E. 116 N. Court Street Easement Agreement Should the Board of Trustees approve the adoption of Resolution No. 40, Series 2023, entitled “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, APPROVING AN EASEMENT AGREEMENT FOR AN ENCROACHMENT ON TOWN RIGHT‐OF‐WAY ADJACENT TO 116 N. COURT STREET, BUENA VISTA, COLORADO.” The Board will consider approving the easement agreement for an encroachment into the Town right-of-way adjacent to 116 N. Court Street. (Estimated time – 10 minutes) F. Public Hearing – 2023 Budget Adjustments Should the Board of Trustees approve the adoption of Resolution No. 41, Series 2023, entitled “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, ADOPTING AN ADJUSTED AND SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR BEGINNING ON THE FIRST DAY OF JANUARY 2023 AND ENDING ON THE LAST DAY OF DECEMBER 2023.” This Agenda may be Amended Posted at Buena Vista Town Hall, Post Office and www.buenavistaco.gov on Friday, June 23, 2023  Should the Board of Trustees approve the adoption of Resolution No. 42, Series 2023, entitled “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, ADOPTING SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR BEGINNING ON THE FIRST DAY OF JANUARY 2023 AND ENDING ON THE LAST DAY OF DECEMBER 2023.” The Board will consider approving the mid-year adjusted budget and to appropriate funds for expenditures that have been discussed and approved through the first half of 2023. (Estimated time – 10 minutes) X. TRUSTEE/STAFF INTERACTION The Board discusses items with staff and staff can bring up matters not on the agenda. XI.
