Adoption of Resolution No. 45, Series 2023, entitled "A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT WITH PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE 2023 APRON REHABILITATION AND FENCE RELOCATION PROJECT (23‐AEJ‐01) ‐ CONSTRUCTION PHASE." St. Rose of Lima Chapel Lease Renewal – Shining Mountains Montessori School Shining Mountains Montessori School Director Lisa Lamb will provide an update on the school and their plans to extend their lease for an additional year. (Estimated time – 10 minutes) B. Carbonate Street Phase I ‐ Amendment to Property Conveyance Agreement Should the Board of Trustees approve the adoption of Ordinance No. 15, Series 2023, entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA APPROVING THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE PROPERTY CONVEYANCE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN AND FADING WEST DEVELOPMENT." The Board will consider Ordinance No. 15, which will amend the Property Conveyance Agreement with Fading West for the affordable housing and childcare project known as Carbonate Street. (Estimated time – 10 minutes) IX. TRUSTEE/STAFF INTERACTION The Board discusses items with staff and staff can bring up matters not on the agenda. X. EXECUTIVE SESSION "An executive session to determine positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, develop a strategy for negotiations, and/or instruct negotiators, pursuant to C.R.S. § 24‐6‐402(4)(e), concerning the Carbonate Street Project."
