Adoption of Resolution No. 67, Series 2023, entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO AFFIRMING THOSE PERSONS WHO ARE AUTHORIZED TO SIGN ON TOWN BANK ACCOUNTS, CREDIT CARD ACCOUNTS AND INVESTMENT ACCOUNTS.” VI. BUSINESS ITEMS A. Public Hearing – Tavern Liquor License - The Collegiate LLC dba Main Street Tavern The Board will consider approving a Tavern Liquor License for The Collegiate LLC dba Main Street Tavern, 308 and 310 E. Main Street. (Estimated time – 20 minutes) B. Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) for a Collective Special Weapons and Tactics Team The Board will consider approving the IGA between Chaffee County Sheriff’s Office, Chaffee County, the City of Salida, and the Town of Buena Vista for a Collective Special Weapons and Tactics Team. (Estimated time – 15 minutes) C. Amendments to Sections 11-82 and 11-83 of the Municipal Code Should the Board of Trustees approve the adoption of Ordinance No. 19, Series 2023, entitled, “AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 11-82 AND 11-83 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO CONCERNING THE PRUNING, REMOVAL, DESTRUCTION, OR PLANTING OF TREES LOCATED ON PUBLIC PROPERTY.” The Board will consider approving amendments to the Municipal Code related to trees on public property. (Estimated time – 30 minutes) D. Elk Run Estates Subdivision Water Supply Protection District Application Review Public Works Director Shawn Williams will provide the Board with information related to the Elk Run Major Subdivision Water Supply Protection District Application. (Estimated time – 30 minutes) IX. TRUSTEE INTERACTION The Board discusses items of interest for the community and staff. X.
