PUBLIC COMMENT Citizen participation where the public can sign up prior to the start of the meeting to speak during public comment. Chaffee County Community Foundation (CCCF) – Community Grant Presentation and Recommendation Betsy Dittenber, CCCF Executive Director, will present the 2024 Community Grant recommendations. (Estimated time – 30 minutes) B. Water Service Agreement with Alpine West Development Should the Board of Trustees approve the adoption of Resolution No. 29, Series 2024, entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, APPROVING THE EXTRATERRITORIAL WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH STACKHAUS, LLC.” The Board will consider approving the Water Service Agreement with Stackhaus, LLC (Alpine West). (Estimated time – 45 minutes) C. Water Conservation Plan Update Public Works Director Shawn Williams and Al Smith with Swiftwater Solutions LLC, will provide an update/progress report on the Water Conservation Plan.
