Chaffee Housing Authority Update Executive Director Ashley Kappel will provide an update to the Board. (Estimated time – 15 minutes) X. BUSINESS ITEMS A. Public Hearing – Browns Canyon Rafting Lodging & Entertainment Liquor License The Board will consider approving a Lodging & Entertainment Liquor License for Adrenaline Rush Ltd dba Browns Canyon Rafting, located at 28395 County Road 317. (Estimated time – 15 minutes) B. Public Hearing - A Rezone of 150 Gregg Circle Should the Board of Trustees approve the adoption of Ordinance No. 08, Series 2024, entitled, “AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS LOT A-1, COLORADO CENTER PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FROM LIGHT INDUSTRIAL (I-1) TO HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL (HC) AND AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP.” The Board will consider approving a request to rezone 150 Gregg Circle from Light Industrial to Highway Commerical. (Estimated time – 20 minutes) C. Comprehensive Plan Bids Consideration Should the Board of Trustees approve the adoption of Resolution No. 33, Series 2024, entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, APPROVING THE AGREEMENT WITH SNO-ENGINEERING LLC, dba SE GROUP FOR AN UPDATED COMPREHENSIVE PLAN.” The Board will consider approving the agreement with Sno-Engineering LLC, dba Se Group, to update the Comprehensive Plan. (Estimated time – 15 minutes) D. Advisory Boards and Community Liaison The Board will consider appointing Trustees to the Advisory Boards and Community Groups. (Estimated time – 10 minutes) E. Selection and Appointment of Mayor Pro Tem The Board of Trustees will select and appoint the Mayor Pro Tem. (Estimated time – 10 minutes) F. Should the Board of Trustees approve the adoption of Resolution No. 34, Series 2024, entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, REAPPOINTING BRIAN BERGER AS TOWN ADMINISTRATOR.” The Board of Trustees will consider reappointing Brian Berger as the Town Administrator. (Estimated time – 5 minutes) This Agenda may be Amended Posted at Buena Vista Town Hall, Post Office and www.buenavistaco.gov on Friday, April 19, 2024  G. Should the Board of Trustees approve the adoption of Resolution No. 35, Series 2024, entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, REAPPOINTING HOFFMANN, PARKER, WILSON AND CARBERRY, P.C. AS TOWN ATTORNEY.” The Board of Trustees will consider reappointing Hoffman, Parker, Wilson and Carberry, P.C. as the Town Attorney. (Estimated time – 5 minutes) H. Should the Board of Trustees approve the adoption of Resolution No. 36, Series 2024, entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, REAPPOINTING PAULA BARNETT TOWN CLERK.” The Board of Trustees will consider reappointing Paula Barnett as the Town Clerk. (Estimated time – 5 minutes) I. Should the Board of Trustees approve the adoption of Resolution No. 37, Series 2024, entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, REAPPOINTING PHILLIP PUCKETT AS TOWN TREASURER.” The Board of Trustees will consider reappointing Phillip Puckett as the Town Treasurer. (Estimated time – 5 minutes) J. Should the Board of Trustees approve the adoption of Resolution No. 38, Series 2024, entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, REAPPOINTING JUDGE BRIAN GREEN AS MUNICIPAL COURT JUDGE.” The Board of Trustees will consider reappointing Brian Green as Municipal Court Judge.
