Adoption of Resolution No. 49, Series 2024, entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, APPROVING A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT WITH CROSSMAN’S DEVELOPMENT, LTD, FOR THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE CROSSING SUBDIVISION, BUENA VISTA, COLORADO.” E. Adoption of Resolution No. 50, Series 2024, entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, APPROVING A PROPOSAL WITH EHLERS INVESTMENTS TO CONDUCT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL PROCESS FOR BANKING AND TREASURY SERVICE.” VI. PUBLIC COMMENT Citizen participation where the public can sign up prior to the start of the meeting to speak during public comment. PRESENTATION Chaffee Housing Authority Ballot Committee Chaffee Housing Authority will provide the Trustees with information related to two proposed ballot measures. (Estimated time – 20 minutes) VIII. BUSINESS ITEMS A. Water Advisory Board 2024 Function and Focus Water Advisory Board (WAB) member Jeff Ollinger will review the WAB’s functions and focus for 2024 with the Trustees. (Estimated time – 15 minutes) B. Billy Cordova Memorial Park Should the Board of Trustees approve the adoption of Resolution No. 51, Series 2024, entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, AUTHORIZING THE RECREATION DEPARTMENT TO ENTER AN AGREEMENT FOR GENERAL CONSTRUCTION OF BILLY CORDOVA MEMORIAL PARK.” The Board will consider approving an agreement with Summit Construction Group for the general construction of Billy Cordova Memorial Park. (Estimated time – 15 minutes) C. Vacate Right of Way: Bristol-Allgeier Tracts Minor Subdivision Should the Board of Trustees approve the adoption of Ordinance No. 12, Series 2024, entitled, “AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, VACATING THE ROAD RIGHT-OF- WAY LOCATED IN THE BRISTOL-ALLGEIER MINOR SUBDIVISION, TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO.” The Board will consider approving Ordinance No. 12 authorizing the vacation of Town Right-of-Way through the Bristol-Allgeier Tracts Minor Subdivision. (Estimated time – 10 minutes) IX. TRUSTEE/STAFF INTERACTION The Board discusses items with staff and staff can bring up matters not on the agenda. X.
