Adoption of Resolution No. 52, Series 2024, entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, APPOINTING BILL BRYANS AS AN ALTERNATE MEMBER OF THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION.” This Agenda may be Amended Posted at Buena Vista Town Hall, Post Office and www.buenavistaco.gov on Friday, June 21, 2024  G. Adoption of Resolution No. 53, Series 2024, entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, APPOINTING JUDITH MENZI AS A MEMBER OF THE TREE ADVISORY BOARD.” VI. PUBLIC COMMENT Citizen participation where the public can sign up prior to the start of the meeting to speak during public comment. Comments made in the Zoom Chatbox will not be discussed or included in the minutes. VII. BUSINESS ITEMS A. The Crossing Major Subdivision – Development Agreement Should the Board of Trustees approve the adoption of Resolution No. 54, Series 2024, entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH CROSSMAN’S DEVELOPMENT, LTD, FOR THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE CROSSING SUBDIVISION, BUENA VISTA, COLORADO.” The Board will consider approving the Development Agreement with Crossman’s Development, Ltd for the Crossing Subdivision. (Estimated time – 15 minutes) B. The Crossing Subdivision - Renaming of Street Should the Board of Trustees approve the adoption of Resolution No. 55, Series 2024, entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, RENAMING CERTAIN STREETS WITHIN THE OWN OF BUENA VISTA.” The Board will consider approving the renaming of three streets in The Crossing Major Subdivision. (Estimated time – 10 minutes) C. Vacate Right of Way: The Crossing Major Subdivision Should the Board of Trustees approve the adoption of Ordinance No. 13, Series 2024, entitled, “AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, VACATING CERTAIN ROAD AND ALLEY RIGHTS-OF-WAY LOCATED IN THE CROSSING MAJOR SUBDIVISION, TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO.” The Board will consider approving Ordinance No. 13 authorizing the vacation of Town Right-of-Way through the Crossing Major Subdivision. (Estimated time – 10 minutes) D. Water Augmentation Certificates The Trustees and Staff will discuss points related to Water Augmentation Certificates. (Estimated time – 20 minutes) VIII. TRUSTEE/STAFF INTERACTION The Board discusses items with staff and staff can bring up matters not on the agenda. IX.
