Public Hearing – Rezoning Application The Board will continue the Public Hearing for Lenny Eckstein of Deerhammer Distillery to Rezone 105 Barnwood Drive from Highway Commercial to Light Industrial. (Estimated time – 5 minutes) B. Public Hearing – Changes to Temporary Seasonal Camping The Board will continue the Public Hearing for Changes to Temporary Seasonal Camping. (Estimated time – 5 minutes) C. Triview Annexation Completeness Review Should the Board of Trustees approve the adoption of Resolution No. 56, Series 2024, entitled, A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PETITION FOR ANNEXATION AND ESTABLISHING AUGUST 13, 2024 AS THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUESTED ANNEXATION OF A PARCEL OF UNINCORPORATED TERRITORY LOCATED IN CHAFFEE COUNTY (TRIVIEW ANNEXATION) The Board will determine if the Triview Annexation petition is in substantial compliance and set a hearing date. (Estimated time – 5 minutes) IX. TRUSTEE/STAFF INTERACTION The Board discusses items with staff and staff can bring up matters not on the agenda. X. EXECUTIVE SESSION An executive session to hold a conference with the Town's attorney to receive legal advice on specific legal questions, pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b), concerning the development of the School maintenance building.
