Visionary Communications, LLC Right-Of-Way Agreement Should the Board of Trustees approve the adoption of Resolution No. 61, Series 2024, entitled, “A RESOLUTION APPROVING A RIGHT-OF-WAY AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA AND VISIONARY COMMUNICATIONS, LLC.” The Board will consider adopting Resolution No. 61, approving a right-of-way agreement between the Town and Visionary Communications, LLC. (Estimated time – 15 minutes) B. Public Hearing Continued from July 23, 2024 – Temporary Seasonal Camping Into the Highway Commerical Zone District Should the Board of Trustees approve the adoption of Ordinance No. 14, Series 2024, entitled, “AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, AMENDING SECTIONS 16.03.3.2.4(C) AND 16.03.3.1.4, AND 16.07.7.2 OF THE BUENA VISTA MUNICIPAL CODE CONCERNING TEMPORARY CAMPING.” The Board will consider adopting Ordinance No. 14, amending sections of the Municipal Code related to Temporary Camping, and expanding the use into the Highway Commercial zone district. (Estimated time – 25 minutes) IX. TRUSTEE/STAFF INTERACTION The Board discusses items with staff and staff can bring up matters not on the agenda. X. INFORMATION ONLY 1.
