Adoption of Resolution No. 65, Series 2024, entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO APPOINTING WENDY GORDON AS A REGULAR VOTING MEMBER OF THE TREE BOARD.” VI. PUBLIC COMMENT Citizen participation where the public can sign up prior to the start of the meeting to speak during public comment. Three minutes for matters not on the agenda or for agenda items not scheduled for Public Hearing. Comments made in the Zoom Chatbox will not be discussed or included in the minutes. VII. BUSINESS ITEMS A. Cottonwood Lake Consideration Upper Arkansas Water Conservancy District will provide the Trustees with an update on the Cottonwood Lake Dam & Spillway Improvements project. The Board will also consider the approval of a Letter of Support for the Upper Arkansas Water Conservancy District WSRF grant application. (Estimated time – 30 minutes) B. Water Rights Overview Planning Director Joel Benson will present an overview of the Town’s water rights to the Trustees. (Estimated time – 30 minutes) C. Public Hearing - 105 Barnwood Drive Canceled – Applicant Lenny Eckstein has pulled the application and does not want to rezone the property. (Notice Only – 0 minutes) VIII. TRUSTEE/STAFF INTERACTION The Board discusses items with staff and staff can bring up matters not on the agenda. IX.
