H. Adoption of Resolution No. 72, Series 2024, entitled, "A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SECOND INTERGOVERNMENTAL FUNDING AGREEMENT FOR THE CHAFFEE HOUSING AUTHORITY AND ITS MEMBER JURISDICTIONS AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 63, SERIES 2024." Chaffee County Community Foundation (CCCF) Update Chaffee County Community Foundation Executive Director Betsy Dittenber will discuss with the Trustees CCCF proposal for Town funding for 2025. (Estimated time – 15 minutes) VIII. BUSINESS ITEMS A. Public Hearing – 2025 Town of Buena Vista Budget The Board will hold a hearing on the proposed 2025 Budget to discuss budget requests. (Estimated time – 30 minutes) B. Public Hearing – Municipal Code Change Should the Board of Trustees approve the adoption of Ordinance No. 20, Series 2024, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA AMENDING SECTIONS 16.04.4.3.4 AND 16.04.4.3.5 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE RELATED TO OFF-STREET PARKING REQUIREMENTS INCLUDING BICYCLE PARKING, AND CASH-IN-LIEU FOR PARKING IN THE DOWNTOWN CORE." The Board will consider amending sections of the Municipal Code related to off-street parking requirements, including bicycle parking and cash-in-lieu for parking in the downtown core. (Estimated time – 20 minutes) C. Public Hearing - Review the Proposed 2024 Three-Mile Plan Should the Board of Trustees approve the adoption of Resolution No. 73, Series 2024, entitled, "A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO< ADOPTING AN UPDATED THREE-MILE PLAN." The Trustees will consider adopting the 2025 Three-Mile Plan. (Estimated time – 10 minutes) D. Colorado Department of Transportation Highway Project Priority Discussion The Board will discuss which projects they would like to prioritize for the San Luis Valley Regional Transportation Plan. Triview Extension Request The Board will consider approving an extension of the deadline for the conveyance of the Chicago Springs Ranch Property to December 5, 2024. (Estimated time – 5 minutes) IX. TRUSTEE/STAFF INTERACTION The Board discusses items with staff and staff can bring up matters not on the agenda. X. INFORMATION ONLY XI. EXECUTIVE SESSION An executive session to hold a conference with the Town's attorney to receive legal advice on specific legal questions, pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b), concerning Athanas v. Orth, Brown, et al., Case No. 030010, Chaffee County District Court. XII.
