G. Adoption of Resolution No. 14, Series 2025, entitled "A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, APPOINTING WENDY GORDON AS A VOTING MEMBER AND APPOINTING KEVIN PILGRIM AS AN ALTERNATE MEMBER OF THE TRAILS ADVISORY BOARD." Canine Officer Thor Retirement Should the Board of Trustees approve the adoption of Resolution No. 15, Series 2025, entitled, "A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, RECOGNIZING THE DISTINGUISHED SERVICE OF CANINE THOR AND CONVEYING OWNERSHIP OF THOR TO OFFICER FRAZER POMFRET." The Trustees will consider adopting a resolution recognizing the service and retirement of K9 Thor and conveying his ownership to Officer Frazer Pomfret. (Estimated time – 10 minutes) B. 2024 Buena Vista Recreation Study Overview Recreation Director Shane Basford will give the Trustees an overview of the 2024 Buena Vista Recreation Study results. (Estimated time – 15 minutes) C. Buena Vista Library Parking Waiver Should the Board of Trustees approve the adoption of Resolution No. 16, Series 2025, entitled, "A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, APPROVING THE PAYMENT OF CASH IN LIEU OF PARKING FOR THE BUENA VISTA PUBLIC LIBRARY." The Trustees will consider adopting Resolution No. 16, approving the payment of cash in lieu of parking for the Buena Vista Library. (Estimated time – 15 minutes) This Agenda may be Amended Posted at Buena Vista Town Hall, Post Office and www.buenavistaco.gov on Friday, February 21, 2025  D. Northern Chaffee County Library District Should the Board of Trustees approve the adoption of Ordinance No. 02, Series 2025, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE NORTHERN CHAFFEE COUNTY LIBRARY DISTRICT TO REMOVE THE TOWN'S RIGHT TO REVERTER ON CERTAIN PROPERTY OWNED BY THE LIBRARY DISTRICT." A consideration by the Buena Vista Board of Trustees to approve, approve with conditions, or deny Ordinance 2025-02 approving an agreement with the Northern Chaffee County Library District to remove the Town's right to reverter on certain property owned by the Library District. (Estimated time - 10) E. Public Improvements Agreement Should the Board of Trustees approve the adoption of Resolution No. 17, Series 2025, entitled, "A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, APPROVING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT WITH MARK N. DOERING FOR THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE BLOCK 75 AMENDMENT NO. 3 SUBDIVISION." The Trustees will consider approving a Public Improvement Agreement with Mark Doering for the property known as The Block 75 Amendment No. 3 Subdivision. (Estimated time – 15 minutes) F. Trail Bids Consideration Should the Board of Trustees approve the adoption of Resolution No. 18, Series 2025, entitled, "A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, APPROVING A NOTICE OF AWARD TO PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE SERVICES, INC FOR THE RAILROAD STREET PEDESTRIAN TRAIL REHABILITATION PROJECT." The Board will consider adopting Resolution No. 18 approving a Notice of Award to Pavement Maintenance Services, Inc. for the Railroad Street Pedestrian Trail Rehabilitation Project. (Estimated time – 10 minutes) IX. INFORMATION ONLY 1. Proposed amendment to the Water Allocation Policy prior to the March publication. 2. Draft Letter of Support for a Housing Development and Preservation Grant Application by the Chaffee Housing Trust for 14 Permanently Affordable homes at The Crossing in Buena Vista, Colorado X.
