NOTICE OF POTENTIAL QUORUM Friday, May 2, 2025 at 9:00 AM Bulverde City Hall Council Chamber 30360 Cougar Bend, Bulverde, TX 78163 Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 551, V.T.C.A., Local Government Code, notice is hereby given of a possible quorum of the City of Bulverde City Council*, which may or may not be in attendance at the following event: City of Bulverde Coffee with the City Friday, May 2, 2025 – 9:00am to 10:00am Bulverde City Hall Council Chamber 30360 Cougar Bend, Bulverde, TX 78163 This is not a regularly scheduled meeting of the City Council* and is only an informational meeting. Although this gathering is not a meeting pursuant to the Texas Open Meetings Act and a quorum of the members of the Council may or may not be available to attend this gathering, this notice is being posted as a precaution. While matters of official City business will be discussed, no formal business or action will be conducted or taken by the City Council of the City of Bulverde, Texas, during this event. Any action based upon the data observed or discussed during this meeting may be the subject of subsequent, properly posted public meetings. This Notice is being timely posted to comply with all State statutes (including the Texas Open Meetings Act) concerning open government and open meetings.
