Motion: Chair Alexandre made a motion seconded by Commissioner Molina to Approve. Motion carried (5) ayes to (0) nays. 2.B. Consider approval of the Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting Minutes from July 13, 2023. Motion: Chair Alexandre made a motion seconded by Commissioner Sisk to Approve. Motion carried (5) ayes to (0) nays. Regular Agenda Items 3.A. Hold a public hearing and consider a request by Hixon Properties Incorporated for the approval of a Planned Development District to allow a Self Storage facility.  Motion: Chair Alexandre made a motion seconded by Commissioner Porter to Table. Motion carried (5) ayes to (0) nays. 3.B. Consider a request by Phil Zaccaria for a variance to Chapter 10, Subdivision Ordinance, related to theTree Survey Requirement for Tree Preservation, of the City of Bulverde Code of Ordinances. Motion: Commissioner Molina made a motion seconded by Chair Alexandre to Table. Motion carried (5) ayes to (0) nays. 3.C. Consider recommending for approval a task order for Freese & Nichols to review and update The City of Bulverde Sunrise 2025 Comprehensive Plan.
