Discussion, consideration, approval or denial of agreement between City of Cache and Community Action Development Corporation concerning the operation of a Title III Nutrition center for the elderly of Cache and the immediate surrounding area. 6. Discussion, consideration and approval of Ordinance 2023-06 amending Chapter 1, Article 3, Section 1-41 (1) by having the Cache City Council appoint the City Clerk- Treasurer as an officer of the City of Cache and providing an effective date. 7. Discussion, consideration and approval to hire Donna Lumpkin as the part time or 20- hour week librarian with assistance from the Federal Government. 8. Discussion, consideration and approval to install wiring, protective plugs and light fixtures under pavilion at the Maloy Park not to exceed $11,000. 9.
