Discussion, consideration and approval to re-evaluate stipulations of Mikel Brooking’s property at 610 North 4th St. set in place on September, 2023 agenda, and Council to determine if further action needs to be taken or has met requirements of the Cache City Codes. 4. Discussion and approval to accept resignation given to the City of Cache by Paul Wojtowicz on November 8, 2023 via text mail. 5. Discussion, consideration and approval for Christmas bonuses for City of Cache not to exceed $4350. 6. Discussion, consideration and approval to amend Chapter 4, Article 1, Section 4-1, Subparagraph 1, Building Code. The construction, alteration, removal, demolition, equipment, use, occupancy, location and maintenance of buildings and structures: In accordance with (IAW) International Building Code, (IBC) 1011 for commercial structures, IAW, (IRC) international residential code 2021 for residential structures. With the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any prescribed of this subsection 1 and is hereby adopted and amended. Effective date of November 14, 2023. 7. Discussion, consideration and approval to appoint Jordan Cabelka as Judge for the City of Cache.
