Discussion and consideration, effective immediately, the City of Cache will no longer be responsible for Cache Economic Development Authority’s (CEDA) audit. 3. Discussion, consideration and approval to amend Ordinance 2025-08 amending chapter 5, Article 1, Section 7, defining terms; amending section 8 by adding paragraphs 1-6 providing for general requirements; amending section 9 by adding paragraphs 1 and 2 establishing local regulations for mobile food-service establishments; amending section 10 by adding paragraphs 1-5, additional requirements for mobile food-service establishments which relate to licenses, parking, hours of operations, areas of operations and trash; and declaring an emergency. 4. Discussion, consideration and approval to amend Ordinance 2025-09 Amending the code of ordinances chapter 15, Article 5, Section 155, for the purpose of adding paragraphs 18 thru 24 establishing responsibility of costs for the installation, repair, replacement or maintenance of culverts and is hereby effective January 1, 2026. 5. Discussion, consideration and approval to amend Ordinance 2025-10 amending the code of ordinances, by amending Chapter 9, Article 4, Section 50-55 for the purpose of establishing a policy for a tobacco and vapor free worksite policy; and declaring an emergency. 6. Discussion, consideration and approval to amend Ordinance 2025-11 amending the code of ordinances, by amending Chapter 13, Article 2, Section 21 for the purpose of establishing a youth access to tobacco ordinance includes vapor products; and declaring an emergency. 7. Discussion, consideration and approval to declare Crater Creek Estates Blk 1 Lot 12, 217 North Elk a nuisance. 8. Discussion, consideration and approval to place video cameras at the City Park not to exceed $3700. 9.
