ORAL COMMUNICATION This is a Special Meeting, pursuant to provisions of the Government Code §54956. , Public comment is limited to the item listed on this Special Meeting agenda. Each speaker will have a maximum of three (3) minutes. 3. GENERAL GOVERNMENT 3.1 Open House – Understanding Water and Sewer Rates (Informational Join us to learn more about Calistoga’s water and sewer services and how rates support reliable service. This open house will feature topic-specific information stations staffed by City staff with opportunities for one-on-one conversation. 4. ADJOURNMENT NOTICE: If you challenge a city’s zoning, planning, or other decision in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City Council at, or prior to, the public hearing.
