CLOSED SESSION: If action is taken during a Closed Session meeting and is required to be reported, the Council will return to Open Session and report out immediately. However, if they are unable to do so due to time constraints, they will report out at the next Regular Council Meeting under "REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION".
