Special Service Area k. Clerk’s Office Review (Completed) l. City Collector Review (Completed) 6. Discussion of Salary Ordinance and Fringe Benefits of Appointed Officials, Supervisory, Personnel, and Other Full-Time and Part-Time Employees Not Covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement. 7.
