Adjourn *Indicates written attachment f/n: J:/Commission Collaborative/Agenda 12-14-2020  Commission Collaborative Mission Statement The purpose of Campbell's Commission Collaborative is to provide a forum to advance sound planning and programming, to coordinate work of each commission, seeking to find common themes (goals) regarding measures to implement the Council's Strategic Goals and Priority for the upcoming year(s). PROCESS: The Commission Collaborative consists of a member from each of the City of Campbell's Commissions that are under the purview of the City Council. Each Commission acts in an advisory capacity, assisting in implementing the policies, goals, programs, and service priorities of the Council. Each Collaborative member will share with their Commission their goals and objectives, then integrating this into their proposed Work Plan for the year. Each Commission is to submit their purposed Work Plan to the City Council for their consideration at the annual Strategic Goals and Priority Session, which establishes goals and priorities to be implemented through the City's Budget and Work Plan. Once the Council established these priorities, each commission will finalize their work plan for implementation.
