This Advisory Commissioner Appointment Interview Subcommittee meeting will
be conducted via telecommunication and is compliant with provisions of the Brown Act
and Executive Order N-29-20 issued by the Governor.
The following subcommittee members are listed to permit them to appear
electronically or telephonically at the Advisory Commissioner Appointment
Interview Subcommittee meeting on August 13, 2021: Councilmember Anne Bybee and
Councilwoman Susan M. Landry.
Members of the public will not be able to attend meetings at the Campbell City
Council Chamber physically. The Advisory Commissioner Appointment Interview
Subcommittee meeting will be live-streamed on YouTube
at www.youtube.com/user/CityofCampbell.
Public comment for the Advisory Commissioner Appointment Interview
Subcommittee meeting will be accepted via email at
ClerksOffice@campbellca.gov prior to the start of the meeting. Written comments will
be posted on the website and distributed to the Subcommittee. If you choose to email
your comments, please indicate in the subject line “FOR PUBLIC COMMENT.”

Subject: Advisory Commissioner Interviews
Advisory Commissioner interviews have been scheduled for Friday, August 13, 2021
as follows:
Civic Improvement Commission: for 2 full terms expiring August 2025 and 1
short term expiring August 2024. The terms of Commissioners Carol Hoffman, and
Maryanne Yoshikawa will expire August 31, 2021. The short term vacancy is from the
resignation of Commissioner Chase. Commissioner Hoffman is not seeking
reappointment and Commissioner Yoshikawa is seeking reappointment. The Clerk’s
Office has received three new applications.
Interviews are scheduled as follows:
Civic Improvement Commission:
6:00 p.m. Denise Vargas
6:20 p.m. Jenna Naylor
6:40 p.m. Heather Malcom
7:00 p.m. Maryanne Yoshikawa
Included are copies of the applications. These interviews will be taking place via
telecommunication.
