A request for an adjustment to Canfield Codified Ordinance Section 1141.04 for a front porch addition to a home at 51 Fairview Ave. that will make the home 4ft closer than it currently is. The setback is 50ft and the house currently is only 40ft and with the new porch addition it will be 36ft. Zoned R-3 Comments C. A request for an adjustment to Canfield Codified Ordinance Section 1183.03(i)(2) to allow an Electronic Changeable Copy Sign at 111 S. Broad St. Odd Fellow Lodge 155. Zoned B-1 Comments D.
