The manholes on Centennial are lower than the street pavement. The risers would have put the manholes above the street pavement and not level with the street causing problems for the plow trucks. The Street Department has been busy with the start-up of the West Main Street project. The list of chip-fog-seal and road conditions is yet to be re-evaluated. New Business – None.
