BOARD OF CONTROL Meeting Minutes A Board of Control meeting was held Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at 9:00 AM in the Mayor’s Conference Room. Board President, Mayor Bernabei called the meeting to order at 9:05 AM. Director of Public Service John Highman was present. Director of Public Safety Andrea Perry was excused. Board Secretary Katie Wise was also present. There were no visitors present. The following items were for review/approval by the Board of Control: 8/31/2021 - Minutes 1. Ordinance 2/2020 Enter into Change Order No. 1 & Final with Jordan Services, LLC for a cost reduction in the amount of $2,799.60 for the US 30 Storm Sewer Cleaning & Televising 2020 Project, in order to close out the project, resulting in a new contract amount of $76,159.40 for the Collection Systems Department. Discussion: No discussion. Motion: Mayor Bernabei made a motion to approve the above referenced change order. Director Highman seconded. Vote: 2 yeas 0 nays Motion carried. 2. Ordinance 173/2021 Enter into a professional services agreement with H.R. Gray & Associates, LLC in the amount of $415,402.00 for the construction engineering services on the Allen Ave. SE Area Sanitary Sewer and Waterline Project, GP1332 for the Collection Systems Department. Discussion: No discussion. Motion: Mayor Bernabei made a motion to approve the above referenced agreement. Director Highman seconded.  Discussion: No discussion.
