SPECIAL BOARD OF CONTROL Meeting Minutes A Special Board of Control meeting was held Tuesday, January 6, 2022 at 9:30 AM in the Mayor’s Conference Room. Board President, Mayor Bernabei called the meeting to order at 9:01 AM. Director of Public Service John Highman and Director of Public Safety Andrea Perry were present. Board Secretary Katie Wise was also present. There were no visitors present. The following items were for review/approval by the Board of Control: 1/6/2022 - Minutes 1. Ordinance 1/2022 Enter into a three-year professional services agreement with Oak Group, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $79,040.00 per year for the purpose of performing the duties of Chief Building Official for the City of Canton. Discussion: No discussion. Motion: Mayor Bernabei made a motion to approve the above referenced agreement. Director Perry seconded. Vote: 3 yeas 0 nays Motion carried.
