He gave a proper definition of the word and allowed the audience to know that Council is the exact opposite of that. PUBLIC SPEAKS: John Bowman gave updates and asked questions about a property he owns. Dave Kerestes, Daniel Gates, Joshua Brown, Shelia Billman, and Justin Nicely spoke about their concerns with Council. Member Chris Smith and Member Giavasis agreed with Member Morris. President Aylward Bates agreed with Member Morris as well and explained matters that are currently being discussed in Public Speaks aren't matters Council has control over. Communications Director Christian Turner reminded everyone that April 7, 2025, is the last day to register to vote in the Primary Election.
