OLD BUSINESS: Reviewed Pending Issues From Public Speaks
PUBLIC SPEAKS: Kim Bell spoke about her concerns with the Mayor. Joshua Brown, Roger Gates, Daniel
Gates, Justin Nicely, Chamone Russell, and Stephanie Ferrell spoke about CPS, Canton Police Department, and
their concerns with Council. Kevin Farris presented his idea of partnering with the City with the Solar Panels.
David Kerestes spoke about his experiences with the Police Department. Susan Jacobs thanked Council for
everything they are doing for the community and she is seeing some changes. Michael Zastawny spoke about
public safety and property damage. Skylark Bruce spoke about how Council is handling certain language being
used during public speaks and for campaigning. Erick Resnick spoke about Frank Tyson's anniversary
memorial.

MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS: Member Cooks asked everyone to keep all 31 residents that were affected
by the fire in prayer. Member Kimbrough informed everyone that may 1st, is National Day of Prayer. Member
Chris Smith wished Safety Director Perry a happy birthday. Member Giavasis thanked the Safety Director and
all those who have contributed to fixing the roads. Service Director Highman further explained the expenses
that went into fixing the roads. Member Giavasis also stated Council does not have any jurisdiction over CPS
and further explained it's a county issue. Member Morris added there will be calls about high grass coming in.
