CITIZENS ARE INVITED TO SPEAK ON MATTERS POSTED ON THIS AGENDA- In compliance with Section 551.007 of the Texas Open Meetings Act, public comment will be restricted to items posted on this agenda. Speakers may speak for up to three (3) minutes on items of public interest. Anyone wishing to speak must pre-register 15 minutes prior to the meeting start time on the City Secretary’s sign-up sheet, which is kept at the back of the meeting room. Depending on the number of speakers, the presiding officer has the option of reducing speaking time, but any such reductions will be uniformly applied and announced before the first speaker. 3.
