City of Cape May Planning Board Meeting Minutes Tuesday, February 22, 2022 Opening: The meeting of the City of Cape May Planning Board was called to order by Chairperson Bill Bezaire at 6:30 PM in the City Hall Auditorium. In compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act, adequate notice was provided. Roll Call: Mr. Bezaire, Chairperson Present Mr. Jones, Vice Chairperson Present Mr. Belasco Present Mr. Crowley Present Mr. Gorgone Present Mayor Mullock Present Mrs. Reed Absent Deputy Mayor Sheehan Present Mr. Lundholm Present Mr. Maloy Alt # 1 Present Mr. Padussis Alt # 2 Present Also Present: Richard King, Esquire, Board Solicitor Karen Keenan, Board Secretary Oath of Office: New members John Maloy and Gary Padussis took the Oath of Office as administered by Board Solicitor King. Mr. Maloy and Mr. Padussis were welcomed to the Board by Chairperson Bezaire and the members. Resolution(s): Motion made by Mr. Crowley to adopt Resolution number 02-22-2022: 1 as amended, Cape Jetty LLC, 6 Second Avenue, seconded by Deputy Mayor Sheehan and carried 7-0. Those in favor: Mr. Belasco, Mr. Crowley, Mr. Gorgone, Mayor Mullock, Deputy Mayor Sheehan, Mr. Jones, Mr. Bezaire. Those opposing: None. Those abstaining: Mr. Lundholm, Mr. Maloy. Minutes: Motion made by Mr. Jones to approve the meeting minutes of January 25, 2022, seconded by Mr. Gorgone and carried 7-0. Those in favor: Mr. Belasco, Mr. Crowley, Mr. Gorgone, Mayor City of Cape May Planning Board Meeting Minutes, February 22, 2022 1 Mullock, Deputy Mayor Sheehan, Mr. Jones, Mr. Bezaire. Those opposing: None. Those abstaining: Mr. Lundholm, Mr. Maloy. Open to Public: There was no public present for comment. Motion made to adjourn by Mr. Lundholm at 6:38 PM with all in favor.
