THE BELOW ITEMS WILL BE DISCUSSED BUT NO FORMAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN AT THIS MEETING OPENING: In compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act of 1975, adequate notice of this meeting has been provided. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ROLL CALL ALIGNMENT WORKSHOP Workshop Purpose: To align around revised content and a process for updating HPC’s Historic Design Standards and Applications, In a way that encourages all commission members to serve as valued co-creators who inspire and unite our community to steward Cape May’s historical, cultural, and natural resources for the benefit of all, So that present and future generations continue to express the unique quality of life we share in this place we love. Workshop Agenda: Discussion will focus on aligning around modifications to HPC Design Standards and Applications, as follows: 1. Identify and propose revised content for updating HPC’s Historic Design Standards 2. Identify revisions and clarifications to HPC Application materials and requirements 3. Clarify the process for adopting proposed modifications to HPC’s Historic Design Standards PUBLIC COMMENT ADJOURNMENT
