Water Report – Municipal Intern Kati Fulton 9. PUBLIC HEARING: Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) 2024-2029. The Carnation City Council will hold a public hearing to receive public comment regarding the proposed Six Year Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) 2024-2029. The proposed STIP is available for public review from the City Clerk at Carnation City Hall and is also available in PDF format on the City’s website. The hearing is open to the public. All interested persons are encouraged to join the online public hearing and to provide oral and/or written comments. 10. PUBLIC COMMENT & REQUESTS: Public comment on meeting items or other issues of note or concern. Comments may be submitted in advance by writing or e-mailing clerk@carnationwa.gov, or made in person, or by telephone or computer connection at the time of the meeting. Individual comments shall be limited to three minutes. Group comments shall be limited to five minutes. 11.
