PUBLIC HEARING: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Carnation City Council will hold a public hearing to receive and consider public comment regarding a potential Development Agreement with The Remlinger Group for the Property referred to as King County Pacel No. 1625079073 (The Schefer Property). A copy of the Proposed Developers Agreement can be found in the Agenda Packet, on our website, or at City Hall. The hearing is open to the public. All interested persons are encouraged to listen and/or attend the public hearing and to provide oral and/or written comments. Oral comment will be limited to 3 minutes per person. 4.
