The delegation may be able to pursue some of the issues presented during the upcoming session of the NC General Assembly. PURPOSE: Continuation of the Board’s deliberation on the proposed rezoning at 700 Old Fayetteville Road from R-10 and B-4 to B-4-CZ, from R-10 and R-20 to R-10-CZ and R-20-CZ, and the associated text amendments for the Lloyd Farm development proposal.
