Greensboro Street project. 6. 17-251 Approval of Additional Funding for the Town Commons Renovation Project and Legal Notice Prior to Construction PURPOSE: The purpose of this agenda item is to request additional funding to offset the Town Commons Renovation so that the construction project contract can be awarded to Charles Hughes Construction.
