Hearing of any citizen/visitor on items not listed on the regular meeting agenda. Citizens wishing to address the Council regarding items on the posted agenda will be called to speak during the Council's consideration of such items. Citizens/visitors should complete an appearance card located on the table at the entrance to the City Council Chambers. Speakers must address their comments to the presiding officer rather than to individual Council members or staff; Stand at the podium, speak clearly into the microphone and state your name and address prior to beginning your remarks; Speakers will be allowed between 2 and 5 minutes for testimony; Speakers making personal, impertinent, profane or slanderous remarks may be removed from the room; Unauthorized remarks from the audience, stamping of feet, whistles, yells and similar demonstrations will not be permitted; No placards, banners or signs will be permitted in the Chambers or in any other room in which the council is meeting. In accordance with the State Open Meetings Act, the City Council is restricted from discussing or taking action on items not listed on the agenda. Action can only be taken at a future meeting. Consider Authorizing The City Manager To Approve A Contract With Pavecon, Ltd., For The Francis Perry Estates Mill And Overlay Project In An Amount of $223,537.00. ORDINANCE *12. Consider An Ordinance Amending Chapter 117, Special Events. RESOLUTIONS *13. Consider A Resolution Authorizing The City Manager To Enter Into An Agreement With Children’s Advocacy Center For Denton County For Services To Be Provided To Carrollton Citizens For The 2012-13 Fiscal Year. Hold A Public Hearing And Consider An Ordinance For Case No. 09-12SUP2 Aldersgate Portables, Amending The Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance By Establishing Special Use Permit Number 401 Located At 3926 Old Denton Road, Providing For Temporary Accessory Buildings Upon Said Property; Amending The Official Zoning Map; And Providing For A Penalty Of $2,000 Per Day, Savings, Severability And An Effective Date On And After Its Adoption And Publication. The Approximately 4.6-Acre Site Is Located On The East Side Of Old Denton Road, Between Hebron Parkway And Rosemeade Parkway, And Is Currently Zoned PD-89 For The (O-2) Office District. 15. Hold A Public Hearing And Consider An Ordinance For Case No. 09-12Z1 PD-89 Amending The Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance By Repealing Planned Development Number 89 As Established By Ordinance Number 1251 On March 18, 1986 For A Certain Approximately 64.286-Acre Site; Re-Establishing Planned Development Number 89 Which Provides For The (SF-8.4/16) Single-Family Residential, (O-1) Office And (LR-2) Local Retail Districts, With Modified Development Standards, On A Certain Approximately 39.852-Acre Tract Of Land Located At The Northeast Corner Of Old Denton Road And Rosemeade Parkway; Rezoning A Certain Approximately 8.545-Acre Tract Of Land Located On The East Side Of Old Denton Road, Approximately 1,100 Feet South Of Hebron Parkway To The (O-2) Office District; Rezoning A Certain Approximately 14.82-Acre Tract Of Land Located At The Southeast Corner Of Old Denton Road And Hebron Parkway To The (LR-2) Local Retail District; Amending The Official Zoning Map; And Providing For A Penalty Of $2,000 Per Day, Savings, Severability And An Effective Date On And After Its Adoption And Publication. The Approximately 63.069-Acre Site Is Located On The East Side Of Old Denton Road, Between Hebron Parkway and Rosemeade Parkway And Is Currently Zoned PD-89 For The (SF-8.4/16) Single-Family Residential, (O-1) Office, (O-2) Office, (LR-1) Local Retail and (LR-2) Local Retail Districts.
