Consider An Ordinance Amending the Redevelopment and Rehabilitation of Aging and Underutilized Retail Facilities Program To Create An Historic Downtown Performance-Based Matching Grant Policy. RESOLUTIONS *16. Consider A Resolution Of The City Council Of The City Of Carrollton, Texas, Expressing The Intent To Withdraw From Participation In The Denton County Area 9-1-1 Emergency Communication District (“Denco”) Effective The First Calendar Quarter of 2015, Expressing The Intent To Enter Into Inter-Local Agreements With Other Public Entities To Improve The Dispatch Of Emergency Services In The City And Its Neighboring Communities Through A Regional Dispatch Center, Directing The City Staff To Work Cooperatively With Denco To Develop A Plan for The City’s Withdrawal That Is Reasonable And Equitable To The City And To Denco, And Instructing The City Staff To Provide Periodic Progress Reports To Council. *17.
