Hold A Public Hearing And Consider An Ordinance To Establish A Special Use Permit For Miscellaneous Manufacturing For Direct-To-Garment “DTG” Ink Jet Printing On Clothes And Other Items On An Approximately 15.8 Acre Tract Zoned PD-148 For The (HC) Heavy Commercial District And Located At 4121 International Parkway; Amending The Official Zoning Map Accordingly.
