Consider A Resolution Authorizing The City Manager To Negotiate And Execute A Professional Services Contract With Birkhoff, Hendricks And Carter, LLP For Design And Construction Oversight Services For The Columbian Club Pump Station Upgrades In An Amount Not To Exceed $144,360.00. Hold A Public Hearing And Consider An Ordinance Amending Special Use Permit Number 350a To Allow A Second Passenger Railroad Terminal (DART Silver Line) On An Approximately 7.7-Acre Tract Zoned To The (TC) Downtown Transit Center District (Urban Core), Located On The West Side Of Denton Drive And Approximately 450 Feet North Of Belt Line Road, To Add The Referenced Tract Into And Amend The Boundaries Of SUP 350a; To Revise Conceptual Plans; And To Modify And Update Development Standards; Amending The Official Zoning Map Accordingly. Hold A Public Hearing And Consider An Ordinance To Establish A Special Use Permit For Used Automobile Or Light Load Truck Sales On A 2.0-Acre Tract Zoned (LI) Light Industrial District, Located At 1510 Randolph Street; Amending The Official Zoning Map Accordingly.
