Consider A Resolution Authorizing The City Manager To Enter Into A Contract With HUB International For Benefits Consulting And Actuarial Services In The Annual Amount Of $60,000 For A Total Contract Amount Not To Exceed $240,000. *20. Hold A Public Hearing And Consider An Ordinance Amending The Text of Article XIX ‘(PD) Planned Development Districts’ Of The Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance To Amend Section A(2)(c) To Allow Planned Developments On Lot Sizes Smaller Than Five Acres For The Purpose Of In-Fill Development.
