WAIVE further reading and APPROVE RESOLUTION NO. 17-01-CRJPA, "A RESOLUTION OF THE CARSON RECLAMATION AUTHORITY RATIFYING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,479,488.29." 2. AUTHORIZE the Chairman to execute Resolution No. 17-01-CRJPA following approval as to form by the Authority Counsel. Attachments: Resolution No. 17-01 CRJPA - Claims and Demand for the March 7, 2017 CRA Meeting Details of Payment of Claims Against Carson Reclamation Authority Funds-F 3-7-17 Item No. 3. 2017-151 CONSIDER APPROVAL OF A ONE-YEAR LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH COSTAR TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO ONLINE DATABASE OF REAL ESTATE AND PROPERTY STATUS AND TRANSACTIONS Recommendation: APPROVE the one-year license agreement with CoStar to provide database access in the amount of $12,000.00.
